getOtwo PAT Series
The new PAT solution for optical pO2 and DO measurement for R&D, process development, production and quality control.
Based on the modern principle of optical oxygen measurement, getOtwo PAT A3201 combines high measurement performance with low maintenance. The use of a precise fibre optics with two separate measurement channels permits signal referencing an self-diagnosis of the sensor status in real time
The 12mm sensor shaft with a PG13.5 thread is compatible with conventional electrochemical probes. Due to the robust design the probe can withstand harsh process conditions. The smooth surface makes it easy to clean. For measurement of gaseous oxygen the probe tip can be heated to prevent condensation.
The pre-calibrated measuring cap with the solid sensing element is easy to change and ready to use without additional maintenance. As the optical sensing principle does not involve any oxygen consumption, the measurement is flow independent. Furthermore, it is not influenced by H2S and CO2 or other compounds.
The sensor can be connected directly to various control systems by using the two

analogue output signals or the digital RS485 interface with Modbus. Optionally, getAMO can provide a USB adapter.
getOtwo PAT Probe
The main features of the probe are two separate optical sensors built into a 12mm shaft for real-time referencing for more measuring safety (in accordance with SIL). The use of precise fibre optics allows separating the electronic part of the sensor from the sensor tip. Thereby the sensor can be used in samples with temperatures up to 60°C.
12mm probe shaft made in stainless steel (316L /1.4435) and PG13.5 thread makes the probe compatible to ph or electrochemical electrodes and allows positioning at the most suitable measurement points.
Due to the robust design the probe can withstand harsh process conditions. The smooth surface makes it easy to clean. CIP is possible. For measurement of gaseous oxygen the probe tip can be heated to avoid condensation.
Sensor Cap with the Sensitive Spot
The solid sensing element is free of fragile membranes, electrolyte and placed in a robust replaceable cap. The need to replace just a single part minimizes service time and cost. After a cap change the sensor is ready to use immediately without polarization.
As the optical sensing principle does not consume any oxygen the measurement is flow independent. Furthermore it is not influenced by H

and others. The spot is pre-calibrated. The enduser can recalibrate the sensor with an one-point-calibration or a well known two-point-calibration.
